2023 MRCG Annual Meeting

MRCG is pleased to announce that the 2023 Annual Meeting will be held in Kansas City, Missouri on October 12-14, though our venue has changed. Our reception on the evening of October 12 and the main conference sessions on October 13-14 will be hosted at the National WWI Museum and Memorial. The October 12 pre-conference workshop on Bruker's BRAVO handheld Raman spectrometer will be held nearby at the University of Kansas. Please see details on the workshop page. As a reminder, the MRCG membership year now starts on September 1st to align with our annual meeting. You will be asked to bundle membership and meeting registration at checkout. If you have already renewed your MRCG membership for 2023-2024, we will be sending you a link to register for the annual meeting without bundled dues. Abstract Submission

We are accepting abstracts for talks (15-20 mins) or tips (5-10) minutes. Abstracts will be accepted through August 18th. Please send to mrcg.secretary@gmail.com. Abstract submission now closed for 2023.

Emerging Professionals Scholarships:

MRCG will once again offer a limited number of scholarships to provide early career professionals support to offset the cost of attending the annual meeting. Funds can be applied toward accommodations and travel. The award covers the cost of registration. Applications now closed for 2023.

    • All speakers will receive the Early Bird rate for Meeting Registration

  • Early Bird Registration/Workshop Registration Opens: August 4 - August 31

    • Virtual: $25

    • Workshop registration: $100

  • General Registration: September 1 - October 1

    • In-person: $100 ($125 after October 1)

    • Virtual: $35

    • Workshop registration: $100 (Workshop registration closed.)

Membership Renewals:

As a reminder, annual membership renewal will now occur on September 1. For those of you planning to attend the 2023 annual meeting in Kansas City, MO, you will find that you will renew and register together under one product option through our website.
