Drivers: Add your city and state and the dates you will be driving (specify departure time if you can, or leave at the default 12 a.m. if it's negotiable). You do not need to list your address or phone number! Use the notes field for details like "I can pick you up" or "I am driving through Columbus, OH". Uncheck a blue box if you can only take passengers one way.
Passengers: Add your info to the wait list section. Your name will appear in the column on the right.To move a passenger to and from a car, mouse over the name so that the little 4-arrow move icon appears to the left, then click and drag the icon to the desired car or the waitlist corner. In-town carpooling will be needed to reach our reception at the Cincinnati Observatory, so please let us know at mrcg.secretary@gmail.com if you can help out or if you will need a ride, and tell us where you’re staying.

Cincinnati Art Museum: free parking
The museum is located at 953 Eden Park Drive near the SpringHill Suites hotel.
Use the DeWitt entrance: The DeWitt entrance on the south side of the museum will be open by 8:00 Saturday and Sunday mornings. Registration will begin at 8:00 Saturday morning.
Walking from the hotel: Go up Eden Park Drive and cross Gilbert Avenue. You may take the Art Museum Steps which will take you to the front of the museum, or go to the DeWitt entrance.
Driving: Take Eden Park Drive, turning right at the fork. Mirror Lake will be on your left. The museum is up the hill to the right. Go past the main entrance and front parking lot to the smaller parking lot on the east side. The DeWitt entrance is around the corner on the side with the ramp and parallel parking spaces.
To claim your complimentary ticked to the special exhibition (Friday): Meeting attendees can get free entrance to the special exhibition Iris van Herpen: Transforming Fashion. If you come to the museum Friday, stop by the front desk and tell the attendant that you are part of the Midwest Regional Conservation Guild to pick up a complimentary ticket. We will have coupons for complementary tickets in your meeting packets for those who want to see the exhibit Sunday afternoon.
To access the Conservation Department (Friday afternoon): Stop at the desk at the entrance to pick up a map directing you to the paintings/objects lab and to the paper lab. Ring the bell or knock on the door. Be sure to visit the permanent collection galleries while you are visiting.
Preservation Lab: Use the Woodside Garage. Rates vary $3 to $10/day, see rates on the official website here. Parking fees can be paid with either cash or credit.
Preservation Lab staff recommend carpooling and parking in Woodside Garage located at 2935 Campus Green Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45219, which is connected to Langsam Library where the Preservation Lab is located. The garage is located on the corner of MLK Drive W. and Woodside Dr. When you turn onto Woodside Dr., it will be the 1st parking garage on your right. Once parked in the garage, take the stairs or elevator to the 400 level. The 400 level will take visitors to the entrance of Langsam Library. Signs will be posted near the circulation desk to direct visitors downstairs to the lab.

Cincinnati Observatory: free parking.
The Friday evening reception will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 at the Cincinnati Observatory, 3489 Observatory Place, Cincinnati, Ohio 45208. You will need to drive, as the Observatory is approximately 3 miles from the hotel. If you will have a car and are willing to take people without cars, please let us know. Local MRCG members will be available to help with transportation. We will meet in the lobby of the hotel SpringHill Suites. If you will be staying at another location and will need a ride, be sure to tell us by Friday morning so we can be sure to pick you up.
